Growth Marketing Manager

What we are looking for

  • A creative, tech savvy, analytical thinker to build, optimize and scale Salto's growth marketing operation.
  • An experienced demand generation/performance practitioner, who will focus primarily on digital marketing techniques and channels, and on improving the customer’s journey to acquisition (and retention).
  • An entrepreneurial, energetic and enthusiastic professional, who has a hands-on experience with successfully managing paid advertising programs, email campaigns and lead nurturing efforts.
  • A curious problem solver who loves to plan and run experiments, and use data to develop, validate, and refine ideas.

What you will be doing

  • Drive growth efforts across the funnel - from demand generation through lead nurturing to customer acquisition and retention.
  • Plan, execute and manage the budget of cost-effective paid advertising campaigns (SEM, paid social, display advertising) including keyword research (when applicable), competitor research, ad copy development, landing page creation, campaign set-up and strategy, a/b testing and optimization, analytics and reporting.
  • Plan, execute and refine email marketing campaigns, including prospecting, audience development and segmentation, copy and creative, landing page creation, sequences/workflows design, testing and measurement.
  • Design and execute lead nurturing efforts, including overseeing the lead scoring mechanism, building a gated content calendar, devising additional marketing touch points, and shaping the user experience across the acquisition funnel.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboard for the business to measure and monitor primary KPIs, growth levers and drivers.

Skills and requirements

  • 3+ years of experience at a digital marketing, PPC or growth marketing role at a B2B tech company.
  • An intuitive understanding of the fundamental principles of a SaaS business, acquisition and conversion funnels, growth loops, and associated analytics.
  • Experience with developing and managing multiple distribution channels, and with working with a variety of marketing tools including HubSpot, Google Analytics and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in digital marketing ad platforms (Required: Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook).
  • Deep understanding of HTML and CSS email templates, and proven experience with optimizing creative design and messaging that leads to strong KPI outcomes.
  • Experience with managing budgets, setting targets, operating A/B testing, and modeling scenarios and forecasts.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills, and an ability to effectively communicate project details.
