You are an experienced NetSuite Developer who would like to zoom out and take a central role in reshaping the way companies manage their NetSuite development and customization work
You have a keen eye for details; You like to dive deep and get your hands dirty, not just being a high-level advisor.
You are curious and creative; You are not stuck in the status quo, the fact something is usually done in a certain way only motivates you to think of ways to improve it.
You feel comfortable brainstorming deep technical questions with the product team, as well as go-to-market questions with the marketing and sales teams.

You are well versed with the various aspects (technical, organizational, methodological) of managing modern business applications and would like to use this knowledge to the benefit of the entire community
What you will be doing
Improve Salto's knowledge in the various domains we operate in (and especially in NetSuite), while expanding your own knowledge and expertise into additional domains and business applications.
Improve Salto's product by providing direct product feedback
Be a trusted advisor to the various functions within Salto, with regard to NetSuite
Advise the Product team on focus areas within a domain, missing features, existing gaps in the business applications, current best practices
Advise the Marketing and Sales teams on our customer profiles, as well as messaging
Advise the Customer Success teams on advanced customer engagements
Build representative and compelling reference and demo setups
If you are interested, take part in our outbound activities such as content authoring, speaking at conferences, and working with Salto's customers and prospects
Skills and requirements
You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite developer.
You deeply understand NetSuite customizations as planned and performed by NetSuite Admins and Architects
You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience working with SDF and a CI/CD pipeline for NetSuite, utilizing DevOps best-practices.
You have a strong technical orientation, able to master highly technical products, and are able to influence technical discussions.
You have worked on NetSuite implementations in at least two different companies, ideally of different sizes and domains.
You have entrepreneurial qualities. You are self-driven, take ownership and have a bias for action. You thrive in situations which has many unknown and unexplored territories.
You are methodological, yet pragmatic. You understand common development and delivery pipelines and frameworks and are excited about adapting those for managing business applications.
You collaborate well cross-functionally, to get an organization working together towards strategic objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
