What we are looking for
- A storyteller who will own the positioning and messaging for Salto, translating product functionality and technical details into user benefit and value.
- A team player who will be working closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product and CS in order to define and execute Salto's go-to-market strategy.
What you will be doing
1. Positioning and messaging
- Research and understand our buyer personas, our competitors and our market to ensure our product creates unique value for them
- Act as a partner and strategic advisor to the Product team
- Create and refine Salto's narrative, positioning and messaging in the market
- Implement our messaging across all marketing, sales and product collaterals
2. GTM strategy and execution
- Develop go-to-market strategy for key product and feature releases, including messaging frameworks, packaging, content and sales enablement
- Produce GTM deliverables - emails, release notes, videos, website content
- Collaborate with stakeholders from relevant teams to plan and execute the strategy
3. Sales enablement program
- Create sales enablement collateral for the website, client meetings and conferences including sales decks, one pagers, case studies and talking points
4. Competitive analysis
- Map competing solutions and offers and articulate Salto's differentiation and competitive advantages
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis along with market and customer research
- Provide competitive insights to the Product and the Sales teams
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in translating complex information into distilled themes that are easily communicated/understood
- Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis and in delivering actionable insights
- Experience in creating collateral, videos, emails, etc.
- Experience in working with internal interfaces: Marketing, Product, CS and Sales
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, methodical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and proven history of out-of-the-box problem solving and optimization
- Experience in a B2B tech company
- Native-level English
